Millions of patients need to come off dependence-forming medications, but no approved product delivers the gradual, sub-milligram dose reductions that safe tapering requires. Extalvo is building that product: a precision platform that pairs liquid formulations of FDA-approved medications with a dispensing device engineered for the fine dose control tablets cannot provide. These four programs are the starting point, not the finish line. The same platform is designed to extend to the many other medications patients struggle to safely stop.
